Refund & Cancellation Policy

Order Confirmation & Dispatch (Important)

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, acceptance of the order at delivery constitutes confirmation of order completion, and no refund or cancellation requests will be entertained thereafter, except in cases of verified damage, defect, or incorrect product delivery.

 

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return, subject to the conditions outlined below.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be in the same condition as received

• Unused, with tags/labels intact

• In the original packaging

• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

All such issues must be reported within a reasonable time after delivery.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

• Custom or personalized products

• Sale items

• Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to:

1. Return the item you have (subject to approval), and

2. Place a new order once the return is accepted

Direct exchanges are not supported.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

• No refund or cancellation is permitted after dispatch

• Acceptance of a COD order at delivery confirms order completion

• COD orders are not eligible for returns or refunds, except in cases of:

  • Damaged items

  • Defective items

  • Incorrect items delivered

Issues must be reported immediately upon receipt of the order.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, without providing any reason.

Conditions:

• Item must be unused, unworn, with tags

• In original packaging

• Proof of purchase required

This right applies only where legally mandated and does not override exclusions for non-returnable items or confirmed COD order acceptance where applicable.

Refunds (For Eligible Returns)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days

• Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
